The Declaration was officially presented in Luanda by H.E. Chief Fortune Charumbira, President of the Pan-African Parliament, and H.E. Younous Omarjee, Vice-President of the European Parliament. The central theme of the Summit is “Promoting Peace and Prosperity through Effective Multilateralism,” reflecting a shift from a donor-recipient model to one of co-investment and shared global leadership.
