Eng. Elias Mudzuri, a senior figure in the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC), addressed the media today following the abrupt cancellation of a planned press conference that was scheduled for Thursday, December 5th, 2025, at Harvest House, the party’s headquarters.
Members of the Movement for Democratic Change – Tsvangirai (MDC-T) are set to gather at Harvest House in Harare on Thursday, July 17, for an all-members meeting aimed at discussing the party’s future following a High Court ruling that nullified its December 2022 congress.
Despite facing a wave of frustration from former cadres, which some have attributed to internal provocations, Mudzuri remains steadfast in his conviction that Zimbabwe will not see another opposition party replace the MDC.
