FlySafair Adds Second Daily Johannesburg–Harare Flight for Easter Peak

Additional Johannesburg–Harare rotation available from 27 March to 7 April 2026 Johannesburg, 25 March 2026 – FlySafair is pleased to announce the addition of a second daily return flight between OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) and Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport (Harare), operating from Friday, 27 March to Monday, 7 April 2026.

Tickets are on sale now, with fares starting from R1 663 from Johannesburg and R2 046 from Harare. Bookings can be made at www.flysafair.co.za or via the FlySafair mobile app. “The Johannesburg–Harare corridor continues to show strong demand, particularly over peak travel periods,” said Kirby Gordon, Chief Marketing Officer at FlySafair.

“We’re pleased to add a second daily rotation over the Easter period to give travellers greater flexibility and access to competitive fares on this route. Passengers are encouraged to book early to secure the best available prices.”

The additional rotation will operate alongside FlySafair’s existing daily Johannesburg–Harare service for the duration of the Easter period, increasing seat availability for passengers travelling between South Africa and Zimbabwe for leisure, business, or to visit friends and family.
