The Zimbabwe Agricultural Show, set to take place at the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) exhibition grounds in Harare from August 24 to 29, 2026, will feature its official opening on Friday, August 28, marking the main highlight traditionally aligned with the final stretch of the month.
Beyond its focus on business and agriculture, the event promises a fully packed entertainment lineup designed as a premier family funfair. A key attraction is the confirmed live performance by the “King of Military Touch Movement,” Jah Prayzah, curated to captivate and entertain audiences of all ages.
Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) Chief Executive Officer Mr. Rufaro Alfred Gunundu has assured both exhibitors and the general public that strategic measures have been implemented to reinforce security and surveillance throughout the exhibition.
”Security remains a top priority. This year we have significantly strengthened measures with the installation and upgrading of CCTVs in the business hub to ensure safety of all attendees,” he stated.
A notable milestone for the 116th edition is the advancement in digitization compared to previous years, featuring e-ticket sales and online registration to facilitate greater ease of doing business.
”As management, we are deliberate about improving the visitor experience. We have introduced online registration, online ticket sales, agent sales, additional entry gates, and expanded more secure parking areas,” he added.
