Fine & Country Zimbabwe has launched an ambitious new real estate campaign dubbed the Property Passport. Speaking at the official launch event, Fine & Country Zimbabwe CEO Karen Nyenga emphasized that buying real estate involves far more than simply finding a piece of land.
The campaign focuses on educating the public across every stage of the property journey, including:

Addressing Diaspora Concerns
A primary driver behind the Property Passport is the lingering hesitation among Zimbabweans living abroad who want to invest back home. Fear of fraudulent developments, lack of verified documentation, and unclear procedures often hold buyers back.
“These are not unreasonable questions. In fact, they are exactly the questions that a healthy property market should encourage people to ask, and Property Passport is our response to that need for greater understanding,” said CEO Karen Nyenga.
