Warren Park D’s Tabudirira 1–2 Districts were brought to life in a vibrant show of community solidarity and political mobilisation, as residents gathered for a high-impact outreach programme led by ZANU PF Harare Province leadership.
The initiative, driven through the philanthropic efforts of businessman and political figure Kudakwashe Tagwirei, saw more than 2,000 party supporters—including the elderly, youth, and child-headed families—receive grocery hampers and financial assistance aimed at cushioning livelihoods and restoring dignity at household level.
The event was coordinated under the guidance of the ZANU PF Harare Provincial Political Commissar, Cde Voyage Dambuza, whose mobilisation efforts ensured strong community participation.

The atmosphere reflected renewed political energy, with residents expressing appreciation for development-oriented interventions that directly impact their daily lives.
Speakers at the event hailed the leadership of His Excellency President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, describing his governance as people-centred and inclusive.
They noted that the integration of business leaders into national development processes has strengthened the link between economic empowerment and political transformation.
Dr Tagwirei’s contribution was widely acknowledged as a demonstration that politics can serve as a practical tool for economic emancipation rather than mere rhetoric. Beneficiaries described the programme as life-changing, with many highlighting the timely intervention in the face of economic challenges.
Addressing the gathering, Cde Dambuza commended President Mnangagwa’s leadership, emphasizing its role in fostering unity, stability, and opportunity. He noted that political participation is increasingly driven by conviction and shared national vision, rather than coercion.
“This is a clear reflection of leadership that listens and responds to the needs of the people,” he said. “Communities are now engaging freely, driven by trust and the tangible benefits of development-oriented policies.”
The event also sparked broader discussions among attendees on governance and national development, with many expressing confidence in the country’s development trajectory.
As the programme concluded, the community collectively voiced its support for Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 (CAB3), describing it as a progressive step toward sustaining national development gains and ensuring policy continuity.
Residents emphasized the need for reforms that consolidate stability, strengthen governance, and align with the aspirations of the people, reaffirming their commitment to initiatives that advance Zimbabwe’s long-term vision.
